• Mancos vs Hayden Program

Due to CHSAA guidelines and our facility capacity limits, the number of spectators will be limited for football games.  The procedure will be as follows:
There will be pre-paid tickets sales the week of each game, no tickets will be sold outside of the specified guidelines.
Each ticket will cost $5.00 per person regardless of age.
Each football player and cheerleader on the active roster will have to opportunity to purchase up to 4 tickets on day 1 (Tuesday) and day 2 (Wednesday) of sales.
Each Mancos High School student or district staff member will be allowed to purchase 1 ticket on day 3 (Thursday) from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm in the high school office.
General public will be allowed to purchase remaining tickets on a first come first served basis on day 3 (Thursday) from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the high school.
Once all tickets are sold absolutely no more spectators will be allowed in the game.
Visiting teams will also have a preset number of tickets allowed for them to equal our total capacity.
There will be no CSHAA cards at this time, every ticket must be purchased.
There will be no reserved tickets or pay later tickets. All tickets must be paid for at the  time of ticket sales.
You must have a ticket to get into the event, there will be no replacement tickets for lost tickets.
You must wear a mask while at the game and you must adhere to social distancing guidelines.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to wear a mask while at the game and adhere to social distancing guidelines; failure to do so may result in eviction from the game and any future games.
If any of this becomes problem or we violate any of these restrictions, we run the risk of not being able to have spectators at all.  These guidelines are set forth by CHSAA and our governing health department.
Each game may vary in the number of tickets available.

  • CHSAA Planet High School Registration

As you likely know, the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA) is the governing body for the majority of our athletic programs at Mancos High School. CHSAA has implemented a new online platform called Planet High School. The implementation will have  little effect on our students. It will mainly effect procedures that take place at the administrative level.

However, as a result of this implementation, every high school student participating in any CHSAA sport, regardless of level, is required to create an account with Planet HS (formally arbiter). CHSAA-sponsored sports include: girls and boys basketball, girls and boys cross country, football, girls and boys track and field, girls volleyball and wrestling.

Account setup must be completed before participation begins in any sport this school year—i.e. fall athletes must have this done prior to August 5th; winter participants prior to winter start date etc. This will only need to be done once during a student's four year high school career.

There are two ways to accomplish this task, and it should only take a couple of minutes:

    1. Use what is known as the Quick Account method. To do it this way, please text our school account number—S41795 to 69274. You are then guided through the process of setting up your account.
    2. Go to from any desktop, laptop, tablet, iPad or smartphone. The only requirement is to be able to access the internet from your device. Again, you will be guided through the set up process. Use the same school codes listed above.

Thank you for your timely attention to this matter.  We look forward to a great year in Mancos High School Athletics.
