    Happy Fall! 

    There have been so many exciting changes going on in the Food Service department the last few months, including:

    Congratulations to the Mee family! They were the lucky winners of the $20 gift certificate to the Blue Jay concessions.  Thank you to all who turned in a free and reduced meal application.  Families can fill out meal applications at any time throughout the school year.  If your household income changes at any time I encourage you to fill out a new application if you did not previously qualify. Applications can be downloaded by clicking on the link to the right of this page.

    Grab n go, beginning October 7th offered in the cafeteria during middle school and high school lunch.  This is a second option for staff, adults, middle school and high school students. The grab n go station offers healthy options for students who prefer to get in and out quickly and is cash only for students unless parents have given written permission to charge to the student’s accounts.  Please note under no circumstances will a student be allowed to charge to their account that is in the negative.  Items sold in the grab n go station meet the state requirements for a healthy meal/snack options and meet the Colorado beverage law.

    Breakfast is now being served in the middle school from 7:40am to 7:50am each morning near the front entrance of the middle school.  Students that do not make it to the cafeteria in the morning have the option to grab a quick breakfast before class for $1.60. 

    Nutrition Break is offered at the high school at 9:55am students are offered healthy choices that include grab n go items fit for a classroom, fruit, juice and milk for $1.60

    Software update was implemented Oct 15th.  Families will notice more email communication for billing purposes. Payments can still be accepted through MySchoolBucks.com, check and cash.  Please read our no charge policy. 

    We are now accepting applications for a part time position in the cafeteria that will be a 3-hour position from 10:30am-1:30pm no experience necessary.  Applicants will need to complete a background check, get fingerprinted and return an application that is available in the administrative office located in the High School historical building. 

    Thanksgiving Day Feast:  November 21st.  Please make sure you purchase a ticket from Alice in the elementary office.  Adult meal tickets are $3.75, children 5 and under that are not attending school are free.
