Welcome to the Mancos RE-6 PBL page!
Open House was a great success! Wednesday night’s event provided more evidence that our community is a tight one, and one that cares about its students. Open House is all about student work, but the night cannot be successful without the effort of teachers and community members in their support of our students. Speaking of the work, the variety and quality of student work on display was impressive, and a stellar reflection the youth in our community. Our new cafeteria and library were utilized for the event this year, and those spaces provided an opportunity for a more sprawling and dynamic event. Many thanks to all those who participated in the potato bake fundraiser for the 8th grade; they should be well funded for their annual Grand Canyon trip!
Save the Date! - April 18th 2020
As a wrap-up to a week long water science program through the MESO/Cool Science organization, and our budding partnership with the Mancos Conservation District, there will be a community event held to explore & celebrate our Mancos River & Watershed! Keep checking the PBL page on our district website for details as they are confirmed.
