    All parents will be notified using our Parent Reach automated system.

    When a school cancellation is reported all schools are closed and all practices 
    and other events scheduled for that day are cancelled. 

    If school is delayed:
    1 Hour 
    Bus Routes: 1 hour later than regular pick-up time.
    Elem Morning Library: 8:30 a.m.
    Staff Reports: 8:30 a.m.
    Elementary Starts: 9:05 a.m.
    Secondary Starts: 8:50 a.m.
    School Ends: (regular times)


    2 Hours
    Bus Routes: 2 hours later than regular pick up time.
    Elem Morning Library: 9:30 a.m.
    Staff Reports: 9:30 a.m.
    Elementary Starts: 10:05 a.m.
    Secondary Starts: 9:50 a.m.
    School Ends: (regular times)

    The District is required by section 22-9-106(1) C.R.S. to provide the Evaluation System being used by the schools.  A copy of the new evaluation system being piloted with the other districts in the San Juan BOCES is available at:

    1. ES – Continue working on Punchlist items
    2. Gym – Continue added work in painting the exterior of the existing gym
    3. Site – Continue misc landscaping North of the river
    4. Football Field – Irrigation and landscaping at Football Field
    5. Football Field – Install crushers fines near pedestrian bridge
    6. MS – Complete flooring
    7. MS – Fire alarm testing
    8. MS – Turn over to school for move in on 10/4
    9. PC – Continue demo
    10. PC – Place stemwalls on West addition
