The culinary arts class helped harvest the corn from the garden last week. Ben Goodrich from Montezuma School to Farm Project, gave a fulfilling lesson on fun facts about corn, how it is grown, and the many ways it is used in today's world. Students, under the direction of Mr. Goodrich, are drying the corn and will mill it to use in class to create a yummy corn masa dish. Next week, students will help with planting next year's garlic crop.
